Dec. 5th, 2009 07:27 pm[The post begins with footsteps and panting; Anemone's turned it on mid-run, but hasn't spoken yet. Her breathing from the run is quick and hurried, but it also sounds rather labored and wet. Her pace doesn't let up, but a strange, beastly roar comes up behind her. Claws slash and her shirt and flesh tear, and she cries out for a moment.]
Shit! No, damn it!
[Anemone's footsteps stop, and she grunts angrily. The beast cries in anger, but falls back; Anemone starts running again.]
I-- ...it just--
[The verdugo growls, and Anemone doesn't get another word out--instead, there's a strangled scream as something sharp rips through her flesh and back out. She chokes, sounding strangled and gagging on blood for a moment... but it passes. Inhaling sharply, it sounds as though she's trying to force herself to breathe, and it's not working too well.
Anemone coughs, and the sound of liquid rushing onto the ground. The verdugo gives a low growl, and soon there's that thick ripping noise, as if she's being impaled. All she can do is squeak in the faint, helpless attempt at a scream. Strangely enough, the verdugo's tail hits the communicator and promptly ends the post.]
